Going full steam ahead
The story of TULYP Wind has not gone unnoticed. Recently we have been present at the Springtij Sessions at Terschelling, the Vakbeurs Energie in the Brabanthallen and we are included in the Startup Solutions energy transition book of StartupDelta.
At the Springtij sessions we pitched TULYP Wind at the Rainbow sessions in the picturesque Westerkerk at Terschelling. Thanks to the moderation of Jort Kelder, this resulted in a good professional discussion with the audience. It was extra special that this audience consisted of sustainability experts from various perspectives, such as policy makers, the business community and NGO’s. This resulted in interesting perspectives and enthusiastic reactions!
In addition, we are proud to mention that TULYP Wind is included in the book Startup Solutions energy transition by StartupDelta, in cooperation with the Postcode Lottery and Green Challenge. This book contains a wide range of fascinating and innovative solutions by startups for the energy transition. During the book presentation we are further inspired by the successful Startup stories and the plea of the climate advocates Prince Constantijn and Diederik Samson.
In order to share our story of TULYP Wind more broadly in the energy sector, we were at the Vakbeurs Energie in the Brabanthallen. We are very grateful for all the positive feedback and interesting discussions we had. It was great to discuss the TULYP Wind Turbine as part of a broader energy solution for industrial areas, residential areas and much more.
Of course, we also made a lot of progress behind the scenes on the development of the TULYP Windturbine. The consortium for the development of the TULYP Wind Turbine is working on finalizing the design for the prototype. Thanks to the Renewable Energy subsidy from RVO, this team can develop the TULYP Wind Turbine, so that in early 2019 the prototype of the TULYP Wind Turbine can be installed. More information and updates about the prototype will follow soon!
